ATG’s expertise in theatre, arts and entertainment ticketing is demonstrated through the success of the key brands managed by ATG across the UK and Internationally.

ATG Tickets provides the in-house ticketing services to ATG’s UK theatres and manages ATG’s Theatre Card membership programme and ticketing promotional partnerships. These partnerships include a closed-user group network that reaches over 1 million users from companies including: John Lewis, Santander and American Express; and the close relationship ATG Tickets holds with restaurant partners including Caprice Holdings, owners of The Ivy and Le Caprice, and the Tragus group, owners of restaurants including Café Rouge and Bella Italia, allowing ATG Tickets to create meal package options for customers.

In 2011, ATG TheatreCard, the UK’s largest paid-for theatre membership scheme was launched. ATG’s pioneering marketing activities were also recognised by the industry, winning the Hollis Silver Medal Sponsorship Award in 2010 and Media Week’s National Media Collaboration of the Year Award in 2012.

Ticket Machine Group, a long established and trusted ticket agency, was acquired by ATG in 2013 and provides our customers with a choice of shows across the West End as well as supporting ticket sales in ATG theatres, through its key brands LOVEtheatre.com and GroupLine.

Its ticketing website www.atgtickets.com was launched in 2008 and has since been recognised by Hitwise as the UK’s number one theatre ticketing website, with 20 million unique visits per annum.
